City of Westminster Goes LED In Their Tunnels

The TRT Verso LED system was chosen by the City of Westminster to relight both the Piccadilly and Strand underpasses. With the current equipment experiencing both high failure rates and inefficient operation, both underpasses were in desperate need of refurbishment.

“Tailored” solutions were provided on both projects and have presented a whole new lease of life to the appearance whilst significantly reducing tunnel closures, maintenance and running costs. Being integrated in to the PDS Scanlight ECO lighting control system, seamless automatic operation day and night is also experienced.
