TRT supports Lincolnshire’s ongoing LED rollout
TRT Lighting is supporting Lincolnshire County Council’s ongoing street lighting modernisation programme, supplying its Circa LED luminaires as a cost-effective alternative to traditional decorative street lighting.
Working alongside Lincolnshire County Council and Balfour Beatty, TRT has supported installations across the county since 2015, with further deployments continuing.
The council selected TRT’s Circa 4 and Circa 8 LED luminaires for a range of street and high street applications. Featuring a contemporary circular design, the luminaires offer an economical, energy-efficient solution while meeting the varied lighting requirements of different locations.
Specified at 3000K, the luminaires provide warm white illumination and feature a DarkSky International-approved design to help minimise upward light and unnecessary light pollution. Flexible controls, including part-night dimming and programmable power settings, also support the council’s approach to managing energy consumption across its extensive street lighting network.
With replaceable components designed to simplify future maintenance, the ongoing rollout is helping Lincolnshire County Council reduce energy consumption and running costs while delivering a practical, long-term lighting solution.
