Rhôs-on-Sea MUGA Floodlighting Upgrade

TRT Lighting has supported the upgrade of floodlighting at the Church Road Recreation Ground MUGA in Rhôs-on-Sea, helping to restore safe, reliable lighting for this valued community sports facility.

The existing installation had reached the end of its life, with only two of eight fittings still operational. Working with Specialist Engineering Technical Services Ltd (SETS), TRT supplied a new LED scheme using Aspect Floodlights, delivering improved illumination alongside significant energy savings.
Operating at 3000K with controlled optics and zero upward light, the scheme also supports dark-sky considerations within this residential setting.

The result is a more efficient, lower-impact lighting solution that ensures the facility remains accessible for evening and winter use.
